Hip-Hop Artist Tony Scott (44) has been diagnosed with MS

Amsterdam, December 9th 2015, Tony Scott has been diagnosed with MS . The course of the disease is uncertain, which is why Tony had to choose to close his  "active stage career" chapter with an exclamation mark! That happened during "An Evening With Tony Scott & Friends" on February the 15th 2016 in Paradiso. Together with friends on stage as well as in the audience, he celebrates his passion for music and life and also calls attention to the disease MS.

Tony Scott, known for "The Chief", "That's How I'm Living" and "Move To The Big Band" got bad news in 2015. "You are 44 and hear that you have MS. It heralds a period of investigations and uncertainty. There are good days, but also very heavy days, which unfortunately cannot be planned. If your existence depends on pre-planned performances, then that results in a unworkable situation ".

Teaching music is also very difficult and unfortunately it is no longer possible for Tony Scott to continue to teach consistently.

It is now important to discover what MS does to him and what he can continue to do with MS. Because music has always been such a big part of him, it is very hard for Tony Scott to say farewell to the stage. Staying positive is the most important thing for him in this new chapter. That is why he is happy that many colleagues from the profession support him and will be there such as: King Bee, Candy Dulfer, Tyree Cooper, Lange Frans, Extince, Loïs Lane, DJ Roog and Ben Liebrand. That was on February 15th, 2016 in Paradiso.

On this website you can find the videos of that legendary evening. All artists performed for free and the proceeds from this evening went directly to Tony Scott and the National MS Fund.
